Protection of Minors
Under the Protection of Minors Act, we are required to verify the buyer’s age, as we are permitted to sell our products exclusively to visitors who are of legal age. We verify that you are of legal age both before the order is finalized—that is, before a purchase agreement is concluded—and upon delivery of the package.
New Customers & Guest Orderers:
Based on the information you enter—specifically your address and date of birth—a verification check using the data you provided is explicitly performed during the ordering process. Your address and date of birth are transmitted in encrypted form to a server set up specifically for this purpose, where they are cross-referenced against a large database. This process is fully automated; aside from one extra click, it requires no effort on your part.
Returning Customers & Regular Customers
Once the age verification above has been successfully completed, our store system automatically saves your information in your customer account, so you can save yourself that extra click in the future. From now on, the ordering process will proceed as it did before age verification was required.
Age Verification Failed?
If the age verification fails even though you are of legal age, there may be several reasons:
● You may have made a
typo when entering your address or date of birth—so please always enter your correct date of birth
● You are not listed in the database.
In this case, you can send us a photo of your ID so we can verify it manually and then approve your order. Simply use the contact form on our website. During our business hours, it often takes only a few minutes for your order to be approved.
